FELZ Marine is firmly committed to the policy enabling all work activities to be carried out safely, and with all possible measures taken to eliminate (or at least reduce) risk to the Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and welfare of our management, employee, contractors, and our clients.
Responsibilities
Our Management:
Will provide and maintain as far as possible:
- A safe working environment and a safe system of work.
- Information, instruction, training and supervision to ensure work safety.
- A commitment to consult and co-operate in all matters relating to health and safety.
- A commitment to continually improve our performance through effective safety management.
Employee:
Every employee has an obligation to:
- Take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others.
- Comply with safe work practices, with the intent of avoiding injury to themselves and others.
- Wear personal protective equipment where and/or when necessary.
- Comply with all directives given by the management for health and safety.
- Not misuse and/or interfere with anything provided for health and safety.
- Report all accidents and/or incidents on the job immediately, no matter how trivial.
- Report all known and/or observed hazards to their supervisor and/or manager.
We seek the co-operation and suggestions of all employees, contractors, and clients for realizing our health and safety objectives to create a safe working environment with a zero-accident rate.
